Walk-ins Welcome

The Roosevelt Community Clinic serves the Roosevelt/Duchesne area and all the small surrounding communities.

The Clinic is open Monday thru Saturday for convenience and walk-ins are always welcome.
Hours: Monday-Friday  8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Extended hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday until 8:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 am to Noon

The Roosevelt Clinic is staffed by Dr. Melanie Hardy and Sarah Heaton, P.A.  Dr. Hardy is a Family Practice/OB physician and is the only female Obstetrics physician in the Basin. From infants to geriatrics and pregnancy to menopause, Dr. Hardy can care for you at any stage of life.
Sarah Heaton is trained in all aspects of family medicine. She is also an expert in nutrition and fitness.
