Ashley Regional Medical Center has two certified pelvic floor specialists. With about one in four women experiencing pelvic floor disorders, so many don't receive treatment due to lack of awareness that help is available.

Kayla Lunceford DPT

Kayla Lunceford, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Kayla earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Movement Science from Utah State University in 2018 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Angelo State University in 2022. She has also completed post-graduate training in pelvic floor physical therapy.

She has a special interest in working with postpartum moms and athletes, and is passionate about helping women return to fitness while navigating the challenges of motherhood.

Kayla is a wife and mom of two who thrives on staying active and embracing life’s challenges. As a former Division I track athlete, she developed a deep appreciation for movement, discipline, and resilience. Outside of work, you can find her spending time with her family, training, or enjoying the outdoors through fishing, hiking, and hunting.

Jalysa Holmes

Jalysa Holmes, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Jalysa Holmes has been a Physical Therapist Assistant at Ashley Regional Medical Center since June 2018. She earned her Associate of Applied Science Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Dixie State University in May 2018. She has since pursued additional training in pelvic floor physical therapy and Parkinson’s rehabilitation. Jalysa is passionate about building meaningful connections with her patients and helping them achieve their goals by improving strength, mobility, balance, and overall quality of life. She values creating a supportive, individualized approach to the care of each patient. Outside of work, Jalysa enjoys boating, CrossFit, and spending time with her husband and four boys.
