How does it work?
To enroll in speech therapy services at Ashley Regional Medical Center, a physician referral is required. Physician referrals can be faxed to 435.789.7017.
Once we receive the referral from your physician, we will schedule an evaluation. The speech-language pathologist will sit down and discuss your concerns with you before providing appropriate assessment services to determine your speech therapy needs. An individualized plan of care will be designed to address any difficulties you’re experiencing.
We work with patients and caregivers to create and achieve functional, personally effective short- and long-term goals.
